About Sarah


Hi everyone!  I am a registered dietitian and personal trainer with a passion for preventative health, wellness, and sports nutrition.


I received my bachelor's degree at Samford University, where I grew to love nutrition science and working with the sports nutrition dietitians. From there, I received my Master's degree at the University of Florida in Food Science and Human Nutrition. I completed my internship hours through UF and Orlando Health. In addition to the internship, I worked with several sports teams including The University of Central Florida football team, The University of Georgia football team, and Samford University football and olympic sports teams. 

My favorite foods include all things on the griddle at brunch (unpopular opinion for sweet over savory brunch, I know,) acai bowls, and anything with salmon! I do consider myself a "plant forward" dietitian, but I do not strictly adhere to any one nutrition philosophy (other than moderation)!

Outside of work (and eating), I love to do anything outdoors, play beach volleyball, watch animal documentaries, and hang out with my wonderful husband Jake and our three cats.
