Service Description

An efficient way for your group/team to gain nutrition knowledge that is tailored to your needs! This service is great for the following groups: -Large sports teams -Large corporate teams How it works: -Please schedule a time to chat before scheduling a workshop. We will collaborate on a topic that suits your group/team. From there, please indicate details such as location of workshop, setup needs (i.e. equipment, visuals etc.), desired length of workshop, and estimated number of people (confirm number 24 hours prior if possible) -Workshops are priced by the hour. This does not include my setup/teardown and transportation, but if a session exceeds an hour you will be billed accordingly.
