I am a registered dietitian and personal trainer with a passion for preventative health, wellness, and sports nutrition. 

 

I received my bachelor's degree at Samford University, where I grew to love nutrition science and working with the sports nutrition dietitians. From there, I received my Master's degree at the University of Florida in Food Science and Human Nutrition...

MISSION

Following the dietetic internship, Sarah saw the need for a wellness dietitian in her community in east Orlando. She recognized that nutrition misinformation is everywhere, and wanted to help people find their healthy lifestyle that works for their unique needs. Sarah started Healthy SLogan in hopes to empower and equip people wanting to improve their health with nutrition knowledge, evidence-based fitness and nutrition findings, and teaching healthy and sustainable habits to her clients!

What can I expect when hiring a Dietitian?

Everyone's schedule, budget, fitness level and nutrition needs are different. At Healthy Slogan, my desire in creating these services is that you are able to choose what works best for your needs.

HOW DOES IT WORK?


Seeing a dietitian nutritionist for the first time may seem intimidating. So what should you expect? 
 
Well, I can certainly tell you that I won't just be handing you a meal plan and letting you figure out the rest! I want to work alongside you to help you accomplish your nutrition and fitness goals not just as a nutrition professional, but also as an accountability partner!

To apply for 1-on-1 coaching, you will fill out a free application form clicking below. You will start with answering some general nutrition/healthy lifestyle questions as well as contact information, so that I can get an idea for what your current lifestyle is like! After the form has been filled out, you will be able to schedule an application call with me!


As a nutrition expert, you can trust in my ability to find what will work best for you!
